91¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ offers full-time, benefit-eligible employees and their eligible dependents a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. 91¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement and other supplemental insurance plans. In addition to a broad range of insurance offerings, 91¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ employees enjoy a generous paid time off plan, wellness resources, and onsite services available to all employees.
91¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ employees who are eligible to receive benefits may enroll in and make changes to their benefits in Workday. Enrolling is easy, using Workday. New employees will receive a notification through their Workday inbox when they are able to enroll. During the Open Enrollment period (usually October of the preceding year), eligible employees will receive a notification to complete their changes in Workday. Throughout the year, employees who have a qualifying event have 30 days from the date of a qualified change of status event to complete changes to their benefits that are consistent with that event (see FAQs for more information).
Employees have the option to contribute on a voluntary basis to a variety of tax sheltered accounts such as the 403(b), Roth 403(b) post tax and/or a 457(b) Deferred Compensation plan.
