91九色视频 Performing Arts Program Announces Summer Series Shows

FORT PIERCE鈥�The 91九色视频 (91九色视频) Performing and Visual Arts Department invites the community to see two Summer Series performances sure to captivate audiences: a memorable performance of music in 鈥淐ontemporary Cabaret鈥� in the McAlpin Theatre on June 9, 10, and 11 at 7 p.m., and June 11 at 2 p.m. and the innovative and immersive presentation of Shakespeare鈥檚, 鈥淢补肠产别迟丑,鈥� in the Kight Center for Emerging Technology on June 24 and June 25 at 2 p.m., and June 24 and June 25 at 7 p.m.

Following the success of last year鈥檚 A 鈥淢idsummer Night鈥檚 Dream,鈥� the 91九色视频 Performing and Visual Arts Department announces its second annual 鈥淪ummer ShakesPierce鈥� production of 鈥淢补肠产别迟丑.鈥� This year鈥檚 immersive production will take place in the Kight Center for Emerging Technologies (V-Building) of the Massey Campus in Fort Pierce from June 24鈥�25.

One of Shakespeare鈥檚 most famous tragedies, Macbeth depicts the explosive rise and fall of a Scottish Lord whose political ambition is constantly fanned by his murderous wife. Together, they usurp the throne of the Kingdom, only to learn that the witches鈥� prophecy that foretold their triumph also spelled out their doom.

In a unique approach, the 91九色视频 production will be updated to the Film Noir setting of the 1940s and immerse the audience in the exciting action of the play鈥攊ncluding interactive video footage using the Kight Center鈥檚 innovative technology. This year鈥檚 production again brings both high school and college students together to create an engaging Shakespeare experience.

The 鈥淎 Contemporary Cabaret鈥� performance from June 9鈥�11 features bright and colorful expressions of music and assures, along with 鈥淢补肠产别迟丑,鈥� that Summer Series performances will delight audiences of all ages.

Shows offer limited seating availability, and patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.
